PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given
(Pursuant to Section 123 of The Municipalities Act)
That the Council of the R.M. of Pense No. 160 intends on dealing with the following matter:
setting remuneration for Council members and the Lumsden Heritage Home representative for the year 2009 on Monday, January 19, 2009
at the municipal office, 324 Elder Street, Village of Pense (during the Council meeting which commences at 9:00 a.m.)

Gopher Poison 2009
Gopher Poison 2009
The R.M. of Pense will offer the following gopher control products for 2009:
- 250 ml bottle of 2% liquid strychnine (approximate cost $8 bottle).
All product will be charged at cost. Maximum allowable order for the 2% liquid strychnine is two cases (48 bottles) per person. Note: Six bottles of the 2% liquid strychnine will make up one five gallon pail when mixed with clean grain.
We will be having a one day distribution of the 2% liquid strychnine at the R.M. shop again this year. Grant Peeling, Pest Control Officer will be in attendance.
We are accepting preorders (for either product) untill February 15, 2009. Please call the office @ (306)345-2303 for more details.
